Event / Corporate/ Private Security
Whether its a sporting event , conference , festival , public or private meeting it is essential to ensure all visitors are made welcome , feel safe and will have an enjoyable time.
Prior to any event discussions/meetings are arranged with the organiser to understand the demographics allowing us to thoroughly plan for our team to undertake their role professionally and efficiently.
Mobile Patrols
This service is a great cost effective form of security for warehouses , construction sites , lock ups, garden centres , vacant properties.
With random security patrols we can stop theft , squatting , flooding , vandalism and anti -social behaviour.
We recommend at least three visits at night at random times.
Door Supervisors
All our staff are SIA Door Supervisors that provide a welcoming atmosphere .
They can recognise and diffuse a situation before it escalates, making sure your venue is safe and well run ensuring your guests have a good time.
We endeavour to provide the same security `team` at your venue to ensure continuity.
We expect all our staff to carry out all the duties below whilst working at your venue
- Signing in /out forms
- Incident book / report log
- Searches
- Toilet Checks
- Records of numbers in /out
Static / Security Guard
The role of the Static Guard has evolved from standing at a gate to now, interacting with clients , staff and the general public as well as conducting regular and thorough security patrols.
Since December 2020 and continuing our security team are proud to be working along side The Somerset NHS Foundation Trust providing our security services to one of the main ten mass vaccination sites in England.
Starting vaccinating at Taunton Racecourse and then moving to Firepool and at present at Taunton Bus Station.
We also continue our services to vaccine pop up clinics throughout Somerset.
Our flexible , adapting role for this consists of ensuring the staff , public and assets are safe at all times.
Below you will see the role of our Guards for this contract and how professionally they adapt.
- Manning the entrance / exit gates
- Listen to daily briefings from the NHS staff
- Checking in patients
- Showing patients where to go
- Being supportive to patients who are feeling anxious (their first point of contact is security)
- Being on hand to diffuse / stop aggressive behaviour to staff
- Checking buildings , boundaries and assets
- Regular patrols of site , identifying hazards, suspicious items or behaviour
- Keeping a log , record incidents when necessary
